What is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service to ensure I remain on schedule for other clients. Full service fees will still apply.
What is your policy for no-shows?
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
How long does a Korean Digital Perm take?
The process typically takes between 3 to 4 hours depending on your hair length and thickness. I recommend setting aside a full afternoon for this specialized treatment.
Do I need a consultation before my service?
For all technical services like perms or major color changes, a brief consultation via text or in-person is highly recommended to assess your hair health and discuss your goals.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry hair. If you are having a chemical service, avoid harsh treatments or box dye for at least two weeks prior to your visit.
